Customer Support Agent

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Live Chat Support: advising customers
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Manage incoming calls from all locations and replying mails
  • Managing Returns and Online Shopping related topics
  • Managing spreadsheets using Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Dedicated to follow-through and results
  • Very detail-oriented
  • fluent in English (optional: any other language)
  • Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities
  • Must be an exceptional listener
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as a member of a team
